This is an exciting opportunity to join Axon's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Team, where you will play a key role in transforming Axon's Professional Services through digital innovation.
As a Sr Business Systems Analyst, you will enable Professional Services to scale and optimize operations through technology. You will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver digital solutions that improve service delivery, automate workflows, and enhance customer interactions. You will also design, implement, and support key technology initiatives as the subject matter expert in digital transformation.
What You'll Do

• 
  
• Act as the primary IT liaison for Professional Services, understanding business processes and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
  
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and IT leadership to enhance enterprise systems, primarily in Salesforce and other customer-facing platforms.
  
• Develop and implement system enhancements, including configurations, automation, and custom development.
  
• Support data integration efforts, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  
• Troubleshoot issues, provide system support, and recommend improvements.
  
• Conduct testing, validation, and user training for new features.
  
• Continuously improve workflows using data insights and feedback.
  
  What You Bring
  Basic Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce business systems analyst, admin, or developer.
    
  • 1+ years hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience with custom objects, automations (Apex/Flow), and integrations.
    
  • Knowledge of databases and querying languages like SQL or SOQL.
    
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Python for report building.
    
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or related field.
      
    • Experience with Taskray.
      
    • Experience with programmatic development (Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
      
    • Experience with Git or GitHub.
      
    • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Advanced Administrator.

        The Pay: The starting base salary ranges from USD 103,500 to USD 165,600 depending on location and experience. Compensation includes base pay, bonus, and stock awards. For more details, visit .
