Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to join our Prepared Foods team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects as assigned.Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Assist the Team Leader in managing daily operations, including ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times.
• Team Development: Lead and develop Team Members, fostering a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
• Customer Service: Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.
• Performance Management: Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, implementing strategies to improve Team Member performance and minimize turnover.Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills; demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
