Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Coordination Specialist I to
focus on customer interaction and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for customers, guiding them
through processes and answering questions
Generate invoices, collect payments, and manage customer approvals
for additional work
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and
address customer issues
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of progressive experience in a call center
Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
Salesforce experience is a plus
Knowledge of the solar power energy field is a plus
