Job Description:

Seamless service to guests following steps of service with thorough knowledge of food & beverage menus, including ingredients with allergy concerns.

  • Salesperson, helping to sell specific cocktails, beer & wine and menu items.
  • Communicate regularly with management, chef and hosts about table needs, turn times, allergies, problems, complaints and compliments.
  • Anticipate guest needs and act quickly upon requests.You are a member of a team with a goal to serve guests. Be charismatic, insightful, knowledgeable, hospitable and timely to provide a memorable experience.Main responsibilities include answering questions, delivering drinks and food, presenting silverware and glass, and maintaining a clean and uncluttered table.As a salesperson, highlight the wonderful aspects of the menu and convince guests to experience as many items as possible.Anticipate, be quick to act, and never pass up an opportunity to help a fellow team member.
