Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel - Partnerships,
Alliances & Channel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counseling on global partner programs and associated
risks
Draft, review, and negotiate various partnership and alliance
agreements
Support the improvement of standard agreements and legal
processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in a technology
company
Experience with strategic alliances and negotiating complex partner
agreements
Familiarity with privacy and information security legal issues
Admitted to the bar and in good standing in at least one U.S.
state
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle
management systems
