experienced Hybrid Paralegal who is passionate about making a
difference in people's lives and enjoys working with families and
their loved ones. The ideal candidate will have experience in
general Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships,
and Court Supervised matters. This role combines traditional
paralegal duties with administrative tasks, providing a diverse and
engaging work experience. As part of our team, you will have the

career.Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case planning, development, and
management.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Interview clients and gather facts and information.
- Collect, compile, and analyze technical information to make
independent recommendations to supervising attorneys.
- Manage and organize case files and documentation.
- Provide administrative support, when needed including
coordinating meetings and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical
standards.Qualifications:
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience in estate planning and
probate.
- Experience with Court and Non-Court Supervised Trust
Administration, and Conservatorships preferred.
- Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional work ethic and a drive to excel.
- Experience with and excellent attention to billable hours.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and strong interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
