Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with
experience in enterprise software, preferably in Cyber Security, to
focus on engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruitment from intake meetings to job
offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs and streamline
the hiring process
Source candidates from various platforms and maintain candidate
pipelines
Required Qualifications
8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within a product
company
2+ years of experience in Cyber Security or Data Privacy
Proven ability to manage a req load of 10-15 roles across different
geographies
Experience hiring for Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and
DevOps roles
Ability to negotiate salary and offer packages in line with company
standards
