Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager IT BSA AML Compliance Systems
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide direction and oversight for IT projects and product
management
Establish and monitor departmental goals and manage staff
performance
Direct programming, business analysis, and testing activities,
ensuring alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications
development, analysis, or systems engineering, or
High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in
applications development, analysis, or systems engineering
Previous leadership experience in technical implementation
Knowledge of Standard Development Life Cycles (like Waterfall or
Agile)
Knowledge of system and data design
