Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Monitoring: Provide comprehensive care to patients
requiring telemetry monitoring, including continuous assessment and
vital sign tracking.
Collaboration with the Healthcare Team: Work alongside physicians,
specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal
patient outcomes.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to act quickly in emergency
situations, implementing life-saving interventions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care,
interventions, and progress, ensuring effective communication
within the healthcare team.
Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients and their
families, addressing their needs and concerns throughout their care
journey.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (or eligible to
obtain).
Previous experience in telemetry or critical care nursing
preferred; a passion for patient care is essential!
Strong communication skills-bonus points for bringing positivity to
the team!
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
certification required.
