This role involves lending merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout the assigned area.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to provide operational leadership and drive business results.
• Utilize merchandising skills to create visually appealing store displays and maintain high presentation standards.
• Develop and mentor team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
