Job Description:
Must be highly efficient, detail oriented, able to manage a
team.
Required skills include but not limited to:
-Self-starter, goal-oriented, able to work well and make decisions
on their own.
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Strong desire to participate in the defining and development of a
successful business model.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to adapt to frequently changing requirements.
-Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Experience and responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following
-All basic office manager activities required to properly run an
office.
-Develop & oversee general office operations and procedures.
-Insure that all work is accurate & completed in a timely
manner.
-Develop and manage a PTO and holidays package for all non-union
employees.
EXPERIENCE:
5 + years experience in Office Management.
-Background in fabrication or construction industries
preferred.
