Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR Collections & Cash Posting
Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor accounts receivable aging and contact customers for payment
on outstanding balances
Ensure accurate application of cash received to customer accounts
and research unapplied payments
Collaborate with business units to resolve discrepancies and
support collection efforts
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of business-to-business collections and cash application
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (Pivot Tables
and V-Lookups)
Experience with Lawson software (AR, BR, AC modules) is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and
deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal
supervision
