Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Business
Transformation Program Manager with expertise in Order to Cash
initiatives to drive meaningful changes and accelerate value
realization across the organization. This is a unique opportunity
to leverage your advisory, business transformation, process
management, project management, and change management expertise in
an impactful role that will shape the future of our operations. As
a Business Transformation Program Manager, you will be responsible
for driving projects and program excellence around internal Quote
to Cash business processes and systems as it relates to
coordinating Quote to Cash scope, schedule, and budget/resources
across enterprise-wide projects, as well as internal Quote to Cash
programs.
Your work will focus on establishing essential operating rhythms
and processes while collaborating across critical functions,
including Commercialization (Sales, Product, etc.), IT, Information
Security, Finance, People & Communications, etc.
Responsibilities: Drive internal team adoption of Quote to Cash
project delivery methodology, governance, templates, and engagement
models within the team.
Define and drive CPQ/Commerce roadmap, program execution and
facilitate program activities to modernize the CPQ platforms and
standardize CPQ services to allow faster time to market,
operational efficiencies and zero touch transactions for new
offers, trials and features
Create and manage Quote to Cash project plans; monitor and review
project progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as
needed, and identify and resolve risks/issues to ensure project
success.
Track items needed to manage the overall Quote to Cash project
portfolio, such as utilization of project resources managed against
resource allocation and capacity. Assist in building and handling
the capacity plan for the portfolio.
Drive integration efforts, helping teams transition from a start-up
to a scale-up mindset within a large organization, including
refining foundational processes.
Optimize process workflows, focusing on CRM, CPQ, and operational
improvements (preferably Salesforce and integrated tools).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative
solutions that align with business objectives and improve service
outcomes.
Establish and leverage PMO tools and methodologies to implement and
manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
Liaise between executives and operational teams to drive alignment
and clarity.
Build frameworks for tracking and reporting business performance,
driving data-informed decisions.
Proactively drive alignment across a diverse set of collaborator
groups, ranging from executive leadership to PMO teams to subject
matter experts in various departments. Connect planning practices
to long term strategic roadmaps.
Establish regular communication mechanisms on portfolio progress
and challenges, and lead prioritization discussions on required
adjustments.
Ensure transparency, alignment and clear communication of strategic
programs and their resource impacts across the portfolio to key
business and technology team members.
Develop and execute change management strategies, including
toolkits, training, and communication plans to drive adoption and
engagement.
Building strategic communication plans that drive excitement and
adoption of initiatives.
Collaborate to develop enterprise and team -level presentations to
communicate transformation progress and goals.
Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience in Commerce (CPQ)
processes and systems (e.g. Apttus/Conga, Zuora, Salesforce
CPQ).
10+ years of strong project management experience, with a history
of cross functional programs at enterprise level.
8-10 years of experience in advisory/project/program/change
management at the enterprise level for technology and process
initiatives.
Experience in Order to Cash, Order-to-Fulfillment, and
Billing-to-Revenue, to enhance customer experience, and deliver
measurable business outcomes
Expertise in enterprise tools such as CRM and CPQ (preferably
Salesforce and integrated solutions).
Experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle
Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions, including ownership of
the functional and technical solution, team management, and project
financials.
Expertise in application, integration, and data migration for
technologies such as Salesforce CPQ and Billing, Vlocity CPQ, Pros
and PriceFX, or Oracle CPQ.
Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process (Lead,
Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
and supporting technologies
Experience acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in at least two
major enterprise application deployments (CRM, ERP, HRIS), with a
strong understanding of Lead Generation, Lead-to-Quote,
Quote-to-Cash, and Delivery & Service processes.
Understanding of enterprise-wide project/program planning and
strategic considerations.
Bachelor's degree
MBA, or Master degree in Data Science preferred
Big 4 consulting experience is preferred
Project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) or relevant
experience.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability
to exercise mature judgment
